For Autogrill’s headquarters, Bmediagroup created a connected digital workplace that informs visitors, supports meetings, and enables internal feedback to flow through seamlessly.

Result

Bmediagroup equipped meeting rooms with displays and integrated them with Autogrill’s collaboration tools.

We also installed three menu boards in the cafeteria and an information screen in the lobby for visitor messaging.

In addition, we developed a custom app that collects feedback from Autogrill locations and displays it in real time at headquarters.

The result: one data-driven ecosystem where meetings run more smoothly and communication stays consistently up to date.
