We are expanding and welcoming many new projects. Therefore, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you facilitate projects focused on setting up and improving business processes in various domains for our clients. You will have the opportunity to think along and grow with us.
Contract type: Full-time, 38 hours
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Hybrid, Beringen (Paal, Belgium)
What you’ll do
Project planning: The project manager is responsible for creating a detailed project plan, including objectives, milestones, tasks, deadlines and resources. This includes defining the scope and determining the required budgets and resources.
Team management: The project manager assembles the project team and ensures effective team management. This includes assigning tasks, setting clear expectations, motivating team members and resolving any conflicts.
Budget management: The project manager is responsible for managing the project budget. This includes monitoring costs, identifying deviations and taking action to keep the budget within limits.
Time management: Monitoring and managing the project timeline is essential. The project leader must ensure that the project remains on schedule and proactively address any delays.
Risk management: Identifying, analysing and managing project risks is a key responsibility. This includes developing risk plans and taking measures to minimise or control risks.
Communication: Effective communication is crucial. The project manager must regularly report to stakeholders, inform team members and address any communication issues.
Quality assurance: The project manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product or service. This includes defining quality standards and monitoring compliance.
Stakeholder management: Identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders is important. The project manager must understand their needs and ensure that the project meets their expectations.
Reporting and documentation: The project manager must maintain all relevant documentation, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes and other documents.
Problem solving: During project execution, issues and obstacles may arise. The project leader must be able to find and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
Evaluation and closure: After project completion, the project manager must evaluate the project, draw lessons from successes and failures, and ensure proper closure, including contract closure, handover of deliverables and closing all outstanding matters.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management
Proven experience with an ERP system (Odoo, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills, entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
A flexible mindset while remaining customer-oriented. You also enjoy working in a team
Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus
