Sales Manager Benelux

Are you looking for a new and varied challenge within sales management?

As Sales Manager Benelux, you are responsible for growth in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, working closely with the European team. You build a strong pipeline, close deals with F&B clients and develop partnerships that accelerate the market.

  • Contract type: Full-time, 38 hours

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Location: Hybrid, Beringen (Paal, Belgium)


What you’ll do

  • Build relationships with key accounts and decision-makers (operations, marketing, IT, franchise)

  • Develop prospects from leads

  • Advise on use cases: menu updates, dayparting, upselling, promotions, allergens/regulations, pricing

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success for lead generation and successful onboarding

  • Forecasting, pipeline management and reporting in CRM

  • Set up and expand partnerships (POS suppliers, integration partners, signage/hardware partners, agencies)

  • Participate in and follow up on trade fairs in Benelux & Europe


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management

  • Proven experience with an ERP system (Odoo, etc.)

  • Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills, entrepreneurial mindset and ownership

  • A flexible mindset while remaining customer-oriented. You also enjoy working in a team

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus
